To cultivate a team of internal trainers with excellent comprehensive qualities and professional capabilities, improve the teaching and sharing skills of internal trainers, and focus on the goals of building a high-quality curriculum system, creating an excellent team of lecturers, and creating an open and sharing culture, the Human Resources Department of Beijing Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd. (BIBP) held the 3rd internal trainer special training course from August 22 to 23, 2024. A total of 57 internal trainers participated in the training.
The previous two internal trainer training courses organized by BIBP focused on the improvement of course teaching, design, and presentation skills. This training course focused on online course development skills and video production tools. On the first training day, the external lecturer explained knowledge extraction methods, course design processes, teaching design methods, etc. to the trainees. Through a large number of cases, they guided the trainees on how to cleverly integrate these theories into real scenarios, solve practical problems, shorten the distance between training and reality, and guide the trainees to develop a 3 to 8 minute micro-course that has both practical content and is easy to learn. Under the guidance of the external lecturer, the trainees actively participated in the inductive analysis of actual cases and absorbed excellent experience.
On the second day of the training, the external lecturer further explained the basic operations and applicable scenarios of some software and video production tools. After the theoretical teaching, the lecturer guided the internal trainers to try to use the above tools to complete the short video production, and made comments point by point, and put forward subsequent improvement suggestions. The trainees participated enthusiastically, actively transformed the knowledge they learned into practical experience, promoted communication in learning, and collided with new inspirations in communication. The enthusiasm of the trainees did not diminish with the end of the training. On the contrary, they chose to stay on-site, ask the lecturer about the difficulties and doubts encountered in the practice process, and launch heated discussions and exchanges.
Lin Guang, Party Secretary of the Company, made an opening speech and presented prizes to the winning teams. On behalf of the company, he thanked every employee who joined the internal trainer team, and encouraged everyone to empower the organization and promote the growth of others by sharing personal knowledge and experience. He emphasized that internal trainers bear the heavy responsibility of imparting professional knowledge. On the one hand, this internal trainer training is an important expansion of the personal growth path of each internal trainer, building a ladder for them to become an excellent knowledge disseminator; on the other hand, it is also a key link in work experience and cultural inheritance, passing down the practical wisdom of excellent positions from generation to generation. It is hoped that after this training, all internal trainers will internalize the knowledge they have learned and put it into practice, and actively apply it to the subsequent course development, laying a good foundation for personal development and company development.
At present, the Human Resources Department has organized and completed the first phase of the internal course development project. After project review, course design, PPT production, new course trial teaching, video recording, and other links, the first batch of 7 self-developed courses has been officially released on the company's online learning platform, and more than 800 people have studied in the past month.
At the same time, to fill the gaps in the job learning map, the "Yunzi Reading Club" professional GMP course actively introduced by the Human Resources Department was officially launched on the BIBP online learning platform in July 2024, providing a large number of high-quality professional courses for the company's production, quality, and scientific research personnel.
In the third quarter of 2024, the Human Resources Department will release the second batch of 7 courses online, covering "A Brief History of Vaccine Development", "Principles and Applications of Capillary Electrophoresis", "Clean Area Environmental Monitoring Workflow, Operating Details and Precautions", "Soft Starter Operation", "WHO Good Practices in Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratories" and other courses, and will cooperate with the Quality Assurance Department to match professional course recommendation catalogs for each position and provide employees with "tailor-made" professional training.
